2007 Registration

Those planning to attend the X-ray Astronomy School must register. Student enrollment is limited to 45. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the 45 places have already been filled, your name will be put on a waiting list. In the event there are cancellations, you may be notified and asked to return to the registration page. A registrant is not considered enrolled until the registration fee has been paid in full.

The deadline for registration is June 29, 2007 23:59 EDT.

Cancellation Policy: There will be a $25 processing fee for all cancellations prior to July 13 23:59 EDT and no refunds thereafter.

Student (Not at SAO) - paying in full by credit card or check

Fellowship Applicant - Registration Only
- applying for registration fee waiver (deadline: June 15, 2007)

Fellowship Applicant - Registration & Lodging
- applying for registration & lodging fee waiver (deadline: June 15, 2007)

SAO Stipend Student
- paying in full by credit card or check (reimbursement via travel authorization)

SAO Salaried Student - payment via training form

Instructor - no fee; registration required for administrative purposes

SOC, LOC and other Staff - no fee; registration required for administrative purposes
(if both SOC and Instructor, select Instructor)

Lodging
