*wcscoord* -- all purpose coordinate conversion

This task converts between any pair of the available coordinates:

logical

raw pixel coordinates of current image or image section

physical

pixel coordinates of original image from which current image was derived ($\equiv$logical if no blocking or sectioning have been performed)

world

sky coordinates

tv

pixel coordinates on the tv (SAOimage) display. These will $\neq$ logical if an image section is specified as input to the display task.
